Do I have to schedule an appointment?

Yes, it’s best that you have an appointment in advance. We recommend scheduling 3-5 days prior to your specific time. Occasionally, you may be able to schedule same-day, walk-in or schedule the following day. It’s still best to call, email or schedule online ahead of time for your service. When scheduling with us we require a credit card to hold the appointment, the card is kept on file and will be charged if you no-call no-show or cancel less than 24 hours’ notice.

Why do you need a credit card to hold my appointment?  What is your cancellation policy?

A credit card reserves the appointment(s) you’ve made and does not get charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours or don’t show to your appointment(s). When you are checked in for your service, your credit card is removed from our system. You may pay however you’d like at that time or after your service.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Notice of cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the 24 hour period, fees will apply. For a no-call, no-show, or a walk-out we charge the full price of the scheduled service/s. There are no refunds for cancellation fees, all sales and services are final.

I missed a few appointments, will my insurance cover it?

Your insurance company will not be charged for your missed appointment; you will be responsible for payment out-of-pocket. If you continually cancel appointments, we will refer you to another facility for further treatment. Any unpaid balance by an insurance company is the client’s responsibility.

I have a couple of coupons to use, may I use them at my next visit?

Coupons may be used one per visit. We do not combine discounts on services or products. We do not offer discounts on any Packages. You may take advantage of our promotional packages each season.

What is your gift certificate policy?

Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination. They are non-refundable or exchangeable and are not honored if lost or stolen. They expire one year from the date of purchase. After that date, they will be honored for the face value of the gift card – for five years after the date of purchase.

All prices are subject to change at any time. All of our services, products, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Pricing is non-negotiable. Discounts cannot be combined.

Do you have a deal on a current social network or a deal voucher?

You can check out any of our social network sites; they are updated periodically. If you would like to join our email list, we usually do an in-house Massage Suite promotion around major holidays. We do not modify the deal. If you add a service to the discounted deal, the service is full price. When the deal expires, the monetary amount will be honored only. Our office is going paperless, we will not print the vouchers for you. You will have to print them or email them from your personal printer.

Do you accept Insurance?

Currently, we accept Blue Cross Blue Sheild’s Wellness Credit Card, Independent Health Flex Fit Card, and any flex spending cards you may have from your insurance company. You may call our office for more details 716-877-2728.
